Terms of Service
By adding or using The Tavern Bot (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
1. About the Bot
The Bot provides Discord-based games and tools for The Tavern community, including Community Tower, the crate system, Westward Bound, and other minigames.
2. Discord rules apply
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as each server’s rules where the Bot is used.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to exploit bugs, automate abuse, manipulate leaderboards or votes, harass staff, or use the Bot to break server or Discord policies. We may reset progress or restrict access for violations.
4. Intellectual property & artwork
Original artwork, illustrations, character designs, boss images, GIFs, logos, and other visual assets created for The Tavern Bot, Community Tower, and thetaverncommunity.com (including the boss gallery and in-game embeds) are owned by the Bot operator unless otherwise stated.
Viewing these assets through Discord or the website does not grant you any license to copy, download, repost, sell, modify, trace, or recreate them, including with AI image tools trained on or prompted from our art.
You may not use our artwork in your own projects, servers, streams, merchandise, or promotional material without written permission from the Bot operator. Fan references in normal gameplay discussion are fine; redistribution or recreation is not.
Third-party assets (e.g. Discord, imgur-hosted GIFs used under license, or Adventure Frontier-related references) remain subject to their respective owners. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact staff in The Tavern Discord.
5. No warranty
The Bot is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or permanent save data. Seasons may reset progress by design.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot operators are not liable for lost in-game progress, virtual items, or indirect damages.
7. Virtual items & rewards
Coins, crates, achievements, roles, and other in-Bot rewards have no real-world monetary value and may be changed or removed at any time.
8. Tavern Guard / moderation tools
Guard-only features are for authorized moderators. Misuse may result in removal of roles and Bot privileges.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features at any time. We may also remove inactive players’ public website profiles after extended inactivity, as described in our Privacy Policy.
